Notes for mold use
1. The mold shape and size suitable for the stretched material must be selected, otherwise it will be easy to crack the mold.
2. The mold must be properly fastened along the drawing direction, without deflection to prevent uneven wear.
3. Lubricants have a great influence on the life of the mold. Choose appropriate lubricants and keep the mold in a clean state.
4. Do not knock or throw the mold.
YG6, YG8, YG15
YG6: Used for steel, non-ferrous metal and alloy wire or bar with tensile diameter less than 20.0mm under high stress; It is also suitable for stretching pipe with diameter less than 10mm.
YG8: It is used for steel, non-ferrous metal and its alloy wire or bar with diameter less than 50.0mm and pipe less than 35mm under high stress.
YG15: Can be used for high compression steel bar and steel pipe tensile hammer, punch and stamping die working under greater stress.
